✅ PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY – TAKINAKSAVA

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE

Product exchange is possible only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect item delivery.

The customer may request an exchange within 8 days from the date of receiving the package, provided that:

the fiscal receipt is presented
the original packaging is intact
the product has NOT been used

Exchange is NOT possible for reasons such as:

personal preference
wrong model choice
wrong size or color selection
change of mind

2. NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS – HYGIENE-SENSITIVE ITEMS

Due to hygiene and health protection regulations:

piercing jewelry, earrings, and all products that come into direct contact with the skin and body are strictly NON-EXCHANGEABLE under any circumstances once the protective packaging has been opened, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

➡️ This means:

❌ No exchange due to model, size, or personal preference
❌ No exchange if protective packaging is opened
✅ Exchange is allowed ONLY if a confirmed manufacturing defect exists

3. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If the customer believes that the product has a manufacturing defect, they must:

Contact the seller via email: info@takinaksava.rs
Provide:
- order number
- photos of the product
- a brief description of the issue

After verification, the seller will:

replace the product
or offer a refund if replacement is not possible

4. EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

If the exchange request is justified, shipping costs are covered by

If the request is unjustified, all shipping costs are borne by the customer

5. CASH ON DELIVERY & REFUSED DELIVERY

For cash on delivery orders, the customer is required to pay the courier upon receipt.

Unjustified refusal to accept the delivery does NOT represent a valid exchange request, and the seller reserves the right to:

charge the delivery and return shipping costs
restrict future ordering privileges

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

By submitting an exchange request, the customer confirms that they are fully informed of and accept this exchange policy.

The seller reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
