✅ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – TAKINAKSAVA

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The customer who makes a purchase through the website www.takinaksava.rs has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without stating any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to online purchases.

2. METHOD OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment via:

• email: info@takinaksava.rs

The notice should include:

• order number

• full name

• phone number

• reason for withdrawal (optional)

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING THE GOODS

After submitting the withdrawal request, the customer is obliged to return the goods:

• unused

• undamaged

• in original packaging

• with the original fiscal receipt

The deadline for returning the goods is 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notice.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in cases where the delivered product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. REFUND OF PAID AMOUNT

The seller is obliged to issue a refund no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods and after the inspection has been completed.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5. EXCEPTION – HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS (PIERCING & JEWELRY)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to products which, for hygiene and health protection reasons, are not suitable for return once the protective packaging has been opened.

This especially applies to:

• piercing jewelry

• earrings

• all products that come into direct contact with the skin and body

➡️ These products are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange after the protective packaging has been opened, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

6. EXCEPTION IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If the product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item is delivered, the customer has the right to:

• a product replacement, or

• a full refund

regardless of whether the product belongs to the hygiene-sensitive category.

7. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

For cash on delivery orders, the customer is required to pay the courier upon receipt of the shipment.

Unjustified refusal to accept the shipment does NOT constitute the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the seller reserves the right to charge the delivery and return shipping costs.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

By submitting a withdrawal request, the customer confirms that they are familiar with and fully accept the rules stated on this page.

The seller reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
